To the editor:
Representative Bergman, I know my memos go into your “dead” file but as a constituent, I need to post one again. Congress has taken a two week recess and when it returns, it has only 3 days before a potential government shutdown. If a shutdown occurs, the entire court system will be affected. Is this another ploy by the election- denying Trump supporters of whom you are one, along with Speaker Mike Johnson, to subvert the “rule of law”?
Also, funding for Ukraine will be postponed. In this morning’s Bulwark, Bill Kristol implied that a Trump-Putin ticket may be on the horizon.
