Black Star Farms, winery, Inn, bistro and event venue will be displaying its venues and capabilities at their showcase Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.
The Progressive Event Showcase is appropriate for those seeking the perfect venue for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, shower, corporate retreat, business meeting, holiday or family celebration.
The journey will begin at the Inn with a pour of sparkling wine and popular features from Black Star Farms in-house catering menu. View the three Inn venues, different table settings and decorating options while meeting key team members and preferred local vendors.
Guests will progress to the Centennial Pegasus Barn where to enjoy BSF signature mulled wine paired with a house-made red wine chocolate truffle. The barn will be set to allow the unique opportunities this historic and fun space has to offer.
The Bistro Polaris is the casual venue for a pour of house wine paired with wood-fired pizzas. Here, guests will learn more about Wine & Workshop Series and Cooking Classes, which offer experiences that can be booked as private events.
The tour concludes at the spacious and inviting tasting room where guests will be treated to a complimentary sample of one of Black Star Farms signature cocktails. A curated wine and small bites flight can be purchased, showcasing Black Star Farms mastery in wine and food pairing.
