To the editor:
I read the partial results of the Organizational Cultural Survey. The survey was amateurish and unprofessional. A few people were singled out and maligned, while other names were redacted. All names should have been redacted.
The conductor of the survey has refused to release the entire survey (with all names redacted) to the Board of Commissioners.
Taxpayer funds in the amount of $6,500 were used to pay for the survey. My question is “Why can’t the commissioners see the full results? Why am I helping pay for an incomplete nondisclosed survey?” More valuable information could have been gleaned by reading a good book on workplace relationships. It’s not that hard: 1.) Listen and 2.) Treat others with respect and kindness.
