The Glen Lake Community Library will host two programs with book releases this month.
On Monday, June 16, Tim Mulherin will discuss “This Magnetic North: Candid Conversations on a Changing Northern Michigan.”
His book explores the changing dynamics of the Grand Traverse area, with increased tourism and development dramatically impacting the regions character and environment.
Katherine Reay will discuss her new book “The English Masterpiece, on Tuesday, June 24 at 7 p.m.
Set in the art world of 1970s London, the novel follows the ethical dilemma faced by Lily, a young assistant at the Tate Museum, as she races against the clock to uncover the truth about a Picasso masterpiece.
Copies of both books will be available for sale, courtesy of the Cottage Book Shop.
