Raises totaling just over $3,300 were included in salary resolutions adopted last week in Glen Arbor Township.
The board, during its Feb. 18 regular meeting, adopted four separate resolutions which included 2.5% salary increases for the 2025-2026 budget year which begins April 1.
The across-the-board raises will bring the supervisor’s compensation to $31,012, up from $30,255 this year.
Compensation for the clerk and treasurer’s position will increase to $63,550 and $43,050, respectively. This represents increases of $1,550 for the clerk and $1,050 for the treasurer.
Supervisor, clerk and treasurer act as board officers.
Compensation for the two trustee positions is considerably less than the officers.
The trustees will receive an additional $104 per year, bringing compensation for the coming year to $4,146.
All four resolutions will be on the agenda for the township’s annual meeting scheduled for March 19 at 7 p.m.
