Lake Leelanau St. Mary girls basketball had an impressive week as the Eagles defeated TC Bulldogs Tuesday 37-24.
The Eagles were led by Kyla Barnowski with 18 points, Lydia Bramer 12 points, and MacKenzie Schaub with nine points. TC Bulldogs Kara Brayton scored 21 out of the teams 24 points.
St. Mary travels to Colon Saturday at 11 a.m.
Brethren defeated Suttons Bay 57-29 Monday.
The Norse were led by Brooke Wilson with 10 points, Zay TwoCrow had seven points, and Leah Clarke had six points. Keke Williams contributed 4 rebounds, three assists and two steals. Bella Wilson had four points and two rebounds.
Suttons Bay hosts Frankfort yesterday as of press time.
Onekama defeated Glen Lake 48-31 last week. Laker sophomore Lydia Fosmore had 12 points, 7 rebounds, while Jessie Pugh had 8 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals.
Glen Lake (6-9, 3-5 Northwest) plays at Frankfort, Friday.
