Stella Bailey, 3932 S. Center Hwy., Suttons Bay — Pleaded responsible for careless driving; $475 fines, costs and appointed attorney fees.

Tim Fahs, P.O. Box 1035, Leland — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; 60 days in jail; probation revoked, unsuccessful.

Robert Varecha, 154 S. Manitou Passage Trail, Lake Leelanau — Sentenced after pleading guilty to attempted harboring misdemeanants; $525 fines and costs.

Kyle Van-Tassel, 4955 Lum Rd., Attica — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; may not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, non-prescription medications, marijuana and provide a list of prescriptions to court; may not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; no violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing behavior toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, services and/or care providers;e obtain a substance abuse assessment; once daily PBTs; $1,025 fines and costs; one year probation.

Cole Hooker, 204 W. Meinrad, Lake Leelanau; pleaded guilty to domestic violence; Feb. 21 sentence date.

Stacey Speer, 10477 S. Walnut Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to dog at large causing damage; three days community service in lieu of jail time; $275 fines and costs; $500 restitution to victim; may not have any dogs and no dangerous

animals; one year probation.

Joel Ferrari, 8637 Hill St., Maple City — Preliminary hearing adjourned; bond reduced to $10,000 (10%); preliminary hearing set for March 7.

Adam Risbridger, 4766 E. Gauthier Rd., Cedar — Pleaded no contest to attempted resisting/ obstructing; bond continued; to be sentenced March 7.

Rachel Pascoe, 532 Cromwell Dr., Traverse City — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; 30 days in jail; probation revoked. Unsuccessful.

Sarah Wagner, P.O. Box 164, Cedar — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; 30 days in jail; probation continued; fines, costs and attorney fees waived.

Jeffrey Xaver, 4515 E. Duck Lake Rd., — Pleaded guilty to probation violation; bond set at $1,000 personal recognizance; remand pending preliminary examination Feb. 21.

Erika Whittaker, 1880 College Dr., Apt. F, Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to a probation violation; bond revoked. Unsuccessful.

Joseph Connor, 5404 Leatherwood Dr., West Chester, Ohio — Arraigned on charge of attempted assault/ resist/ obstructing a police officer and operating while intoxicated; bond set at $1,000 personal recognizance; random PBTs eight times per month; pretrial set for Feb. 14.

Kathryn Albert, 204 W. Meinrad St., Lake Leelanau — Failed to appear for video arraignment on charges of check-non-sufficient funds greater than $100 and less than $500 and false pretenses, less than $200.

Tyler Williams, 5311 S. Elm Valley Rd., Suttons Bay — Arraigned on charge of operating impaired; bond set at $1,000 personal recognizance; pretrial set for Feb. 14.
