8:38 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Overdose.
8:57 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller hit a patch of ice. Lost control and hit a guy wire. Wire not damaged.
11:09 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Suspicious incident. Two males came in and purchased $1,600 on scratch-off cards.
1:43 p.m. — Centerville Township — Female Lab with orangeish collar. Missing two hours. (Dog located and returned home.)
2:06 p.m. — Leland Township — Suspicious incident.
4:54 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller found footprints that came through the fence gate. All around the house. Up onto the deck, up to the sliding door.
Wednesday, Jan. 8
5:36 a.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Burglar alarm sounds. There was a cracked window from the cold.
7:44 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Four vehicles involved in crash. Grand Traverse County has the Michigan State Police in route.
10:16 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — White horse running around on the road. (Per animal control, made contact with owner. Horse is still out. But it is in caller’s yard. Will try to get her back in.)
5:41 p.m. — Kasson Township — Someone hanging out around caller’s property.
Thursday, Jan. 9
10:52 p.m. — Leland Township — Someone started a website selling drones and the site has all of the caller’s contact information
listed.
2:04 p.m. — Kasson Township — Assault and battery.
2:28 p.m. — Leland Township — Embezzlement.
5:58 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller has a personal protection order against an individual and they think she is currently two doors down.
Friday, Jan. 10
12:32 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller was stopped for a pedestrian. Truck passed caller and trailer hit caller’s car.
2:23 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller concerned for female driver. Seemed “out of it.”
4:23 p.m. — Leland Township — Guy at the air pump laying in the snow.
Saturday, Jan. 11
1:07 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller slid into ditch. Vehicle partially on its side. No one injured.
8:40 p.m. — Empire Township — Subject sleeping in vehicle at Empire Beach.
Sunday, Jan. 12
2:38 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Deputy called out with two vehicles Possible road rage incident. One arrest for operating while intoxicated.
10:56 a.m. — Bingham Township — Domestic.
5:19 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Subject was walking the trails and got disoriented. Currently helping them with map pings and they are attempting to follow their own tracks.
5:28 p.m. — Solon Township — Caller’s daughter was driving and slid into a tree and sign. No injuries.
6:26 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Caller is having an argument with his girlfriend.
Monday, Jan. 13
10:58 a.m. — Leland Township — Neighbor’s dog on property.
11:10 a.m. — Bingham Township — Starting last week, two times, an unmarked, white utility vehicle has been in caller’s yard. No signage why it is there or who it is. Was parked in the middle of the driveway and then next time drove through landscaping and parked on the drainfield.
11:30 a.m. — Leland Township — Fraudulent charges discovered on credit card.
11:40 a.m. — Bingham Township — White utility vehicle back. Was there and then it left and then came back. (Caller figured it out before arrival and they no longer need law enforcement.
4:02 p.m. — Solon Township — Two-car crash handled by Grand Traverse County, Requesting an ambulance and engine from Cedar Area Fire & Rescue. Grand Traverse County requesting Road Commission drop some material in the area. It’s a sheet ice.
6:05 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Caller helping driver that went off the road. Elderly male off the road. His car won’t start, so he’s waiting in caller’s car.
8:54 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Friend has not been answering her phone. Now goes straight to voicemail. (Subject is OK. Her phone has just been shut off.)
Tuesday, Jan. 14
4:05 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — White horse in the road on Jacobson south of Omena Road. (Horse is back in the barn now.)
7:01 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Red sedan in front of caller with no back lights. Southbound on M-22. One brake light is working. Incredibly diffi
cult to see.
10:49 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller’s identity was stolen and was advised that she needed a police report.
12:53 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Someone back into the building. Dark blue truck.
12:58 p.m. —Centerville Township — Caller went off the roadway in a black, Honda CRV. Is OK, but unknown about damage to the vehicle.
2:06 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Semi ran into car parked on the side of the road.
4:05 p.m. — Leland Township — Truck in the ditch. Looks like there’s older damage but some newer damage as well.
Wednesday, Jan. 15
6 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller reports her friend who is not in good health may be in distress. (Everything is good. He will be giving his friend a call back.)
