Ten county students earned spots on the dean’s list at Northern Michigan University in Marquette.
Davis Baldwin, a 2023 Leland graduate, earned a 3.5 GPA at NMU in fall semester 2024.
Glen Lake alum Lily M. Julian of Maple City graduated last month with a degree in environmental science with a natural resources concentration. She also earned certification in Geographic Information Systems and minored in Michigan Wildlife Conservation Law & Policing Sciences. Her accumulative GPA over the undergraduate course of study is 4.0.
Also earning top honors were Sophie Sparling of Lake Leelanau and Niles Segerlind of Suttons Bay.
Six other county students were acknowledge for attaining a 3.5 GPA or better. Three were from Suttons Bay — Genevieve Bramer, Izza Feringa and Grace E. Noorman.
