Have some fun at euchre night on Jan. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Town Hall. No partner is needed, bring an appetizer to share, your own beverage and a deck of cards.
Very sincere condolences to the family and most citizens of Empire on the loss of Dave Taghon. Dave was Empire as is most of the Taghon family. He will be missed by the entire community.
Happy Birthday wishes to Pam Hargreaves, Dave Moffatt Fuzz (Jim) Foster, former resident David Marshall, Richard Figura and another of my favorite girls, granddaughter Haley Gray, also Zachary Benjamin, and we can’t forget Elvis “the pelvis.”
I know its hard for some people to remember or believe. We once had a phone attached to a wall, and when it rang, we picked it up without knowing who was calling and we survived.
