The Leelanau Historical Society will present “Lake Leelanau, Spirit of the Lake,” a documentary that dives into the history and nostalgia Tuesday, Jan. 28.
The documentary will be screened at 7 p.m. at The Alluvion, 414 E. Eighth St.
Produced by the Leelanau Historical Society and directed by Keith Patterson of Manitou Films, the film is a heartfelt tribute to the lake’s enduring legacy.
The film is a recipient of the 2024 State History Award from the Historical Society of Michigan Advance tickets are for sale for $12; $15 at the door.
