Michael Widmaier, 103 N. Mill St., Northport — Pleaded guilty to impaired driving; bond continued; sentence date Jan. 31.
Christina St.-Onge, 850 Gladewood Lane, Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty for Circuit Court arraignment to possession of methamphetamine/ ecstasy; furnishing contraband to prisoners; assaulting/resisting/ obstructing a police officer and possession of analogues; request to lower bond denied.
Kyle Van-Tassel, 4955 Lum Rd., Attica — Pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; bond continued; sentence date Jan. 31.
William S. Fisher, 1785 Donnybrook Rd., Suttons Bay — Admits to a civil infraction of violating Wildlife Conservation regulation; $185 fines and costs.
Ruby Tran, 11415 Nancy Dr., Warren — Sentenced after pleading guilty to operating while intoxicated; to serve 14 days in jail; may not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, mood altering substance, no marijuana or non-prescription drugs; not to reside where alcohol and illegal drugs are present; may not enter bars, casinos or any establishment that serves alcohol by the glass; be respectful of all court employees; attend three 12-Step program meetings per month with written verification and secure a program sponsor within 90 days; obtain a substance abuse assessment; continue substance abuse and mental health counseling and follow all recommendation; four times daily PBTs; $1,725 fines and costs; two years probation.

Joshua Peters, 8975 Memory Lane, Freeland — Sentenced after pleading guilty to malicious destruction on personal property valued at $200 to $1,000; five days community service in lieu of 10 days in jail; may not consume or be in the possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, mood altering substance, no marijuana or non-prescription drugs; no violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing behavior toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service or care providers; attend, cooperate and complete anger management counseling and sign a release for probation officer; discretionary alcohol and/or drug screening; $1,225 fines and costs; $2,600 restitution; 365 days probation.
