The Glen Lake Library will host a presentation about food preservation Thursday, Oct. 3 at 6 p.m.
Kara Lynch of the MSU Extension Food Safety Team will review the latest methods and research for preserving foods safely at home.
She will focus on pressure canning techniques, appropriate for preserving a variety of fall product and wild game.
