Dramatic Dickens reading

Drew Gibson of Maple City and Don Kuehlhorn of Traverse City will offer a dramatic reading of Dickens’ classic story, “A Christmas Carol” in several locations beginning this weekend. Friday they will perform at 7 p.m.

Drew Gibson of Maple City and Don Kuehlhorn of Traverse City will offer a dramatic reading of Dickens’ classic story, “A Christmas Carol” in several locations beginning this weekend.

Friday they will perform at 7 p.m. at Holy Rosary Church (the school building) at 6982 S. Schomberg Rd. A second take is set for 7 p.m., Dec. 17, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Glen Arbor.

Elsewhere they will be at Grace Episcopal Church in Traverse City at 6:30 p.m. as well as Dec. 10 and 12 at the Traverse Area District Library at 2 and 5 p.m., respectively.

All performances are free and open to the public. The performances last one hour and are highly recommended for all ages over 8 years.
