Ingredients:
18 ears of corn
6 onions
3 large red peppers
3 Tbls. salt
3 cups white sugar
1/2 Tbls. mustard
4 stalks celery
1 tsp. turmuric
3 pints vinegar
Directions:
Chop celery and onions. Put vinegar on to boil. Add sugar, salt, corn, celery, onions and peppers. Let simmer until done.
Mix mustard, turmeric and 2 Tbls. flour with a little vinegar. Add to contests and boil until thick and seal jars.
