A Bingham Township man was arraigned last week on two sexual misconduct charges.
Patrick A. Walter of 7347 S. Lakeview Road was arraigned on charges tied to acts that took place between January 2020 and December 2023.
According the criminal complaint, minor victim Jane Doe, stayed at the Walter’s house while her mother worked.
The victim stated that the defendant told the victim would show her phone videos of him and his girlfriend having sex.
The defendant then allegedly told the victim that they posted them to their Only Fans page to make money.
A search warrant was issued and found multiple photos and videos of the defendant and partner having sex.
According to the criminal complaint, the defendant then proceeded to bring out a black box with sex toys.
During those years the victim would have been between 8 and 11-years-old.
Walter was arraigned on one count of accosting children for immoral purposes, a four-year felony.
He was also charged with distributing sexually explicit or verbal matter to children.
A probable cause conference is set for Friday, July 26. A preliminary examination will follow on Aug. 2.
