The Suttons Bay Bingham District Library will host Mollie Moody on Wednesday, July 10 to share her father’s book “A Father’s Arms.” The book is the diary of Captain Maynard’s experience as a tank commander in Europe during World War II. He completed his “war diary” 53 years after the end of the war to help his children understand what happened to America — and to him — in the journey from Pearl Harbor to “Victory in Europe.” The program begins at 7 p.m..
