Leland Community United Methodist Church has announced its summer worship series, with guest pastors taking the pulpit.
The lineup looks like this:

• Rev. Elizabeth Hill, Aug. 11 Worship service begins at 10 a.m.
MEN MAKE DEAN’S LIST Two county students were named to the dean’s list at their respective universities for spring 2024 semester.
Peyton Metz of Cedar was named to the spring dean’s list at the University of Alabama.
Kevin Hall of Cedar was named to the dean’s list for the 2024 term at University of Maryland Global Campus.
PROPANE SALE SATURDAY The Cedar/Maple City will hold a propane refill sale, Saturday, June 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Cherry Propane, 4200 E. Traverse Hwy.
Proceeds benefit local community projects.
