To the editor:
Thank you to all who participated in this year’s Leelanau Reads community reading event! We welcomed approximately 60 readers at library book discussions and 300 audience members at the author talk. Thank you to author William Kent Krueger, interviewer Aaron Stander, Northport Public School and the individuals who provided technical assistance at this venue, bookseller Pamela Grath from Dog Ears Books, each library’s Friends of the Library group and the Mid-Michigan Library League. This annual event can only happen with the participation and support of our community.
