To the editor:
I reject the COVID amnesty that some have suggested. Instead, we must never forget the forced mRNA (including children with virtually no risk), job terminations, and neighbor shaming where hostility were variously foisted on citizens who would not accept a largely untested vaccine, or who otherwise had religious objections.
Some doctor prescriptions were not filled by pharmacists and doctors asking questions were often censored, threatened, or punished. Sadly, the pandemic even uncovered a sea of tyrants from neighbors and within families. We cannot allow this type of tyranny and government overreach to ever happen again.
