LWVLC to host meeting

The League of Women Voters Leelanau County will host an informational meeting next Wednesday, April 3 about the proposal renewal of a millage for early childhood services. The program, titled “Early Childhood Millage — What it Supports and Why it Matters” is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m.

The League of Women Voters Leelanau County will host an informational meeting next Wednesday, April 3 about the proposal renewal of a millage for early childhood services.

The program, titled “Early Childhood Millage — What it Supports and Why it Matters” is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Suttons Bay High School Auditorium or via Zoom.

Included in the meeting will be a background of the early childhood millage; Parenting Communities outcomes; and Parenting Communities through the eyes of a parent.
